Introducing the TTM Healthcare Solutions Candidate Appreciation Programme

The world loves a hero! Their courage, strength and spirit inspire and ignites a fire in all of us. But not all heroes go to space or save the universe. Heroes are people we work alongside every day - ordinary individuals doing the extraordinary, giving their all, going above and beyond to make a real difference to those around them.

We are proud and often humbled to have many of these special people working with us: healthcare professionals who shine bright in their passion, expertise and commitment. We believe these are heroes who deserve to stand up and be counted - so we’re launching our all-new TTM HEROES Candidate Appreciation Programme in their honour.

How TTM HEROES Works

We know that TTM’s success is built on exceptional candidates and in recognition of this we’ll be highlighting TWO TTM HEROES EVERY MONTH. Through our HEROES programme we’ll select ONE agency candidate from Ireland’s Temporary Division, and ONE candidate from TTM’s UK Domestic division.

Who is a TTM HERO?

A TTM HERO could be ANY candidate. We’re looking to recognise those who stand-out for their can-do approach and because the feedback we receive on them is exemplary. A HERO might be someone who embodies the very best of TTM and our mission to Power Potential. Perhaps a HERO is a candidate who has been part of TTM for many years, and whose career has grown and flourished. Or it could simply be someone who goes out of their way to be the best they can be - every day.

How We’ll Honour our TTM HEROES

Once we’ve identified our monthly HEROES, the individual’s consultant will visit them at their work site to present them with a special prize. If a visit isn’t practical due to distance, the relevant consultant will upload a short video announcing who their HERO is and why they are being recognised.

We are delighted to award Debbie K. & Rita O. as our very first TTM HEROES for January 2023!

Debbie K.
Project Manager/Coordinator
Dublin

Debbie joined TTM Healthcare Solutions in 2021 as a grade VII Clerical Officer. She is now working in Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council - Ballyogan Site as a Coordinator.

"Debbie is a valued member of the TTM locum team and would be considered part of the internal office at this stage. She has been a huge asset to the business since she was appointed as the lead coordinator of the Ballyogan temporary rest centre for those fleeing war in the Ukraine. She is now fully managing the sites day to day operations and responsible for the safety and welfare of up to 300 residents. Debbie has also been a key contributor to other similar projects that TTM have been aiding the Department of Children with, and has always gone out of her way to support with site visits and assessments of needs resulting in the win of other projects. Rita O.
Recovery Nurse - Endoscopy
London

Rita joined TTM Healthcare Solutions in 2018 as a Endoscopy Nurse. She has worked an incredible 3100 hours to date!

"Rita was one of the first nurses on my Team. Having orientated herself in the field of Endoscopy, Rita consistently goes above and beyond to support. Rita is extremely hard working, reliable, punctual and is a leader in her very specialised field having supported other agency nurses to learn new skills and initiate them on the client’s units. Rita overcame serious health issues last year and has returned stronger than ever.
