This year we have continued to add value to our core talent management business, introducing healthcare solutions to help clients overcome pain points such as administrative burden, waiting lists and staff shortages. We have diversified our solutions to include Waiting List Validation and Clinical Health Services. These are just some of the ways we have differentiated ourselves as Specialists in Healthcare Solutions.

We Embrace Technology

In the past year we acquired ROTA - a workforce management platform - allowing us to add an advanced technological solution to our customer offerings, contingency workforce resources and total healthcare solutions. We also formed a strategic partnership with MMA Healthcare Resourcing - a company that provides ‘in-country’ sourcing through its network of offices in South Africa, India and the Philippines. These developments support our focus on technology, internationalisation and the ability to offer expanded solutions.
