  • How long does it take to complete the registration process and become compliant?

The speed of completion depends on how promptly you gather the necessary information. All the required documents must be submitted in a timely manner to us, to complete your compliance efficiently.

      This process is essential to ensure your safety, as well as that of the service users and the service itself. As an approved supplier for the HSE, TTM adheres strictly to all framework regulations, providing you with comprehensive protection while working with us.

  • How do I Request a Letter or a Form?

  • How do I obtain my ID Badge?
    • ​Your ID badge will be provided to you upon completion of our onboarding process. Please contact our onboarding team at onboarding@ttmhealthcare.com for assistance.

  • How can I request a copy of my TTM contract?
    • ​Simply email your request to HR@ttmhealthcare.com, and our team will assist you in obtaining a copy of your contract.

  • How long is my probation?
    • The probation period for an agency healthcare worker with TTM spans 9 months.

  • Timesheet Queries

      Please complete your timesheet carefully and and return it to the fax number or email specified in the top right hand corner.

      For any payroll queries, email us at payrollqueries@ttmhealthcare.com. Your request will be reviewed and processed by our dedicated payroll team.

      When an individual signs a timesheet in their capacity as an employee (applicant) or as an authorised signatory they do so in accordance with the declarations laid out below.
      "I declare that the information I have given on this form is correct and complete and that I have not claimed elsewhere for the hours/shifts detailed on this timesheet. I understand that if I knowingly provide false information this may result in disciplinary action and I may be liable to prosecution and civil recovery proceedings. I consent to the disclosure of information from this form to and by relevant clients of TTM Healthcare Solutions for the purpose of verification of this claim and the investigation, prevention, detection and prosecution of fraud. By submitting this timesheet I am agreeing to the terms and conditions of employment as outlined in the terms of engagement for the temporary worker."

      Authorised Signatory

      ​"I am an authorised signatory for my ward/department/unit. I am signing to confirm that the above particulars that I am authorising are accurate and I approve same for payment and billing purposes by TTM to this organisation. I understand that if I knowingly provide false information this may result in disciplinary action and I may be liable to prosecution and civil recovery proceedings. I consent to the disclosure of information from this form to and by relevant clients of TTM Healthcare Solutions for the purpose of verification of this claim and the investigation, prevention, detection and prosecution of fraud."

  • What day will I get paid?
    • Our Locum payday in the Republic of Ireland is Thursday. If there is a bank holiday, payday will be on Friday.

  • How often do you run payroll?
    • We run payroll once per week.

  • How do I claim my sick pay?
    • ​Complete your TTM Healthcare Solutions Sick Pay Claim Form here.

      In 2024 employees are entitled to 5 days sick pay, providing that you meet the qualifying criteria. This entitlement will be reviewed yearly in line with The Sick Leave Act, 2022. Please refer to your Handbook.

  • What is ROTA?
    • ROTA is our workforce management app, it allows our agency workers to manage their work life with ease on their mobile. You may upload your availability for up to 6 weeks in advance, apply for, accept and decline shifts, see past worked shifts and more.

      During your on-boarding you’ll receive instructions on how to use ROTA and an email from us with an invitation to download the app. When you open the app, select ‘Sign Up – I have an invite’ and follow the instructions.

  • How do I update my availability on ROTA?
    • Once in the ROTA app, navigate to the AVAILABILITY tab in MY ROTA to upload your availability.

  • Where can I explore additional shift opportunities?
    • Regularly check for additional shift opportunities in the FIND SHIFTS tab in MY ROTA in the app. You may use filters to search by specific locations or date range.

  • How do I cancel shifts?
    • Please note that if you are unavoidably delayed for your shift start time, or if you are unable to work and must cancel your shift, it is essential that you phone TTM a minimum of 1 hour before your rostered shift and speak to your Point of Contact (065 68 69300). You must follow up your cancellation by email to shiftcancellations@ttmhealthcare.com.

  • What should I do if I am delayed for my shift?
    • ​If you are unavoidably delayed, it is essential that you phone TTM (065 68 69300) to advise of the delay, as soon as possible, so that we may inform the client.

  • How do I rebook shifts on ROTA?
    • The Rebook tab will only be visible if the clients you work with book you directly. This feature allows you to create the shifts that you have been directly booked to work by a client. Logging your directly booked shifts is essential for ensuring your digital timesheets are created and ready to be approved by the client.

  • I need help using ROTA, who should i contact?
  • Do TTM recruit international Nurses to move to Ireland?
    • ​Yes, at present we are recruiting Nurses with 6 months recent experience, who have passed their IELTS or OET English language tests and those who do not reside in WHO Red List countries.
