Director of Nursing - South Dublin / Wicklow
Our client is is a Group of private nursing homes caring for older people with a variety of dependencies. The Group aims to provide a centre of excellence for the care of older people, and endeavors to offer the best comfort and care to be found anywhere in Ireland, with superb accommodation, first class facilities, and an excellent team of qualified and caring staff

The Director of Nursing will be responsible with the assistance of the Regional Manager by taking an active role in the leadership, development and effective management of the nursing home.
Excellent salary €80K - €85K depending on experience )
Candidate Requirements:
Applicants must be currently registered with NMBI and have experience in a similar role
Applicants must have excellent clinical skills, be highly motivated and have a good knowledge of HIQA Standards
Excellent communication skills
Dementia experience an advantage
Management qualification
3 years management experience in gerontology within the last 6 years as per HIQA guidelines
