TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Placement Coordinator/Student Allocation Liaison Officer CNM 2 on behalf of a North Dublin based Hospital.
This role is NOT affected by the recruitment freeze.
This is a full time permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week.
Purpose of the Role
The Clinical Placement Co-ordinator (CPC) post is to plan, organise, support, evaluate & record the undergraduate student nurses' supernumerary and internship clinical placements, as part of their respective undergraduate BSc Nursing Programme.
The CPC must ensure that the approved clinical learning environments meet and monitor the NMBI's regulatory requirements and standards of the BSc Nursing programme(s).
He/ she is responsible for the allocation of clinical placement for all pre-registration Student Nurses ensuring each students meets the requirements and standards of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
Essential Qualifications
Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI), or eligible to register with NMBI
Essential Experience
5 years post-registration experience in an acute hospital within the last 7 years
With a minimum of 3 years relevant clinical experience, working with undergraduate BSc nursing students
Educated to Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Higher Diploma or equivalent level
