Position : Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) - Co. Cork (Close to Youghal and Cobh, east of Cork City)
Location :East Cork
Full-time, Permanent
Our Client a Family owned 40+ bedded residential Home that has been providing the highest quality and most professional care for our residents for over 35 years is currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) on a full time permanent basis. This is a vibrant Nursing Home whose ethos is centered solely around our residents.
The CNM will demonstrate leadership and provide support to the Director of Nursing. The CNM will be required to work days, nights, and weekends. This is an exciting opportunity for a CNM looking for a new challenge or a Senior Nurse looking to the next step.
Requirements :-
Minimum of 3 Years of post-registration experience
Actively registered with NMBI
Proven track record in Team Management and performance management
A Minimum of three Years in Care of the Elderly in Ireland
Continuous Professional Development
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Applicants must be a current resident in Ireland with a valid work permit
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: €23.00-€25.00 per hour
Schedule:
12 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Night shift
Experience:
Nursing: 2 years plus experience is required
