TTM Healthcare in partnership with our client in Limerick has a vacancy for a Grade IV Clerical Officer for a 2-month initial contract.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
35 hour working week.
Salary DOE on public sector work experience.

Responsibilities:
• Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, sending mail and general clerical work
• Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
• Maintenance of records to effectively manage information
• Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries or referring to other staff
• Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as require
• High level Organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Meet deadlines
• Diary management
• Write reports for the department when required

Requirements:
• 1-2years' experience in a similar position
• Excellent IT skills including word and excel
• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
