TTM Healthcare Solutions, ERF Recruitment Agency of the Year 2022, have partnered with a leading healthcare organisation to hire a Clerical Officer.
The hourly rate is €13.74 to €22.50 per hour depending on relevant public sector experience.
Strong IT & Communication skills are essential.
3 Month initial contract with possibility for an extension.
Requirements/Duties:
• Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, scanning, sending mail and general clerical work
• Communication/interpersonal Skills
• Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
• Strong Use of excel-Need someone that is proficient in MS Office
• Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information
• Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries or referring to other staff. Good phone manner and communication
• Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as require
• High level organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Schedule and verify data.
• Scan documents and upload all files to the patient management system
• Write reports for the department when required
