TTM Healthcare Solutions are proud to partner with the HSE to hire Grade III Clerical Officers in Dublin 4.
3 month initial contracts with strong possibilty of extension for the right candidate
Monday - Sunday Roster (midweek & weekend work)
Part-time (28hours per week) General shift times 6pm-1am but may vary depending on service requirements (may include day/night shifts)
Pay scales in line with HSE Point of Scale: €13.74 - €22.50 depending on public service experience
Requirements
To be eligible for this role you must have:

Previous switchboard experience or experience working in busy reception/ public facing customer support
Excellent telephone manner
Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and openness to change
Keyboard skills and familiarity with IT systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Operate the switchboards in an efficient & friendly manner
To mantain the highest level of confidentiality
To identify and react to emergency calls in line with agreed procedures
To operate the Hospital Pagin System as required
To assist in maintaining an up-to-date Telephone Directory
To arrange taxi and courier services if required
