Part-Time Temporary Contract
1-2 days per week
2 Month initial contract with potential to be extended
Please note this does not supersede the existing T&C's as outlined in your contract of employment.
Rates vary from €14.86 to €24.15 per hour depending on relevant public sector experience.
Job Description
• Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare correspondence and reports.
• Covax/ salesforce database would be beneficial.
• Uploading client details to Data base.
• General support to the vaccination program
• Needs to have good attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
