TTM Healthcare Solutions are proud to partner with the HSE to hire Grade III Clerical Officer for a hospital setting in Wilton, Co. Cork.
3 month initial contract
35 hour week - Monday-Friday
Pay scales in line with HSE Point of Scale: €14.86 - €24.15 depending on relevant public sector experience
Requirements
To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Minimum 1 year recent administration experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Previous experience using Webex desirable but not essential
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience booking/organising meetings
