TTM Healthcare Solutions are proud to partner with our client in the Child and Family Agency based in Letterkenny, Co.Donegal to recruit a Grade III Clerical Officer.
Hours will be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
35 hours per week.
3 month temporary placement**

Requirements
Proficient in MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook
Minimum 1 year recent administration experience
SAP and Payroll Knowledge preferable

- Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, scanning, sending mail and general clerical work
- Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as require.
- Excellent phone manner and communication, dealing effectively with queries or referring to other staff.
- Organising meetings and taking minutes
- Finance and other data returns
- Ordering and processing invoices
- Payroll knowledge
- Ability to work without direct supervision and attention to detail,
- High level organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
