Position : Assistant Director of Nursing

Our client, part of a well established Care Group, who provides a positive living experience for people in a place they can flourish and call home are actively looking to recruit an Assistant Director of Nursing for one of their 120 bedded care facilities based in Co. Meath
Are you currently working in a senior nurse role and looking to develop your career, then we want to hear from you as we continue to develop our services.
At ADON level, you will be working with the Director of Care / Person In Charge, and you will be responsible for the management and delivery of effective and person-focused care, leading teams to create a place where people can flourish.
With a strong proven record in nursing practice, you will have experience managing and supervising staff and developing and implementing quality and risk management strategies.
Candidates should have the following criteria :-
• Have full registration with NMBI (The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland)
• Have a minimum of 3 years post registration experience
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
The Salary and Benefits offered with this Contract will depend on experience.
