Here's how it works: When you refer a friend or colleague to register with TTM Healthcare Solutions, and they successfully complete 250 hours with us, you'll receive a bonus as our way of saying thank you. The value of the bonus differs depending on the grade of the doctor. If you refer a Senior House Officer or Registrar you will receive €300. If you refer a Consultant you will receive €500.

Please note:
- Referrals are accepted upon confirmation that the candidate referred has not previously been registered with TTM Healthcare Solutions.
- Before you recommend your friend, you must obtain their permission to provide their personal information to us. We will tell your friend that you have recommended them to us when we contact them.
- If a doctor is referred by two individuals, the bonus will be paid to the first person to make the referral.
- The referred doctor must be fully compliant with mandatory training and have IMC registration to be eligible.
Don't forget, you can make multiple referrals and receive a bonus for each one!
