Silvia is Team Leader of TTM’s Allied Health Professional (AHP) Locum Division. Each month she places these key healthcare professionals in temporary roles across Ireland. Silvia finds her world of work fast-moving and ever-changing – and she has the passion and motivation to match! Silvia has been part of TTM for five years and has successfully grown from Recruitment Consultant into her current leadership role.
Silvia grew up in Ennis, Clare and completed an Applied Social Studies degree in Social Care at Limerick Institute of Technology. After her studies, Silvia worked as a Flight Attendant with Aer Lingus. In this role she developed her love for working with people but wanted to explore her passion for sales, which took her into recruitment and her career at TTM.
“It’s all about building relationships – and I thrive on that. I really love seeing my clients and candidates growing to trust and rely on me – and it’s great getting to know them better.”
Silvia believes her strongest attribute is a positive attitude. It’s important to her that her clients and candidates feel that she is approachable and there to always help. Like so many of her colleagues, Silvia values the ‘Open and Honest’ culture at TTM:

Becoming a mum has meant the world to Silvia, while she also enjoys getting in the kitchen and cooking up treats for her family and friends.
