Hailing from the home of Irish music - Doolin - Sarah holds a BA in Business and Equine Studies - but she’s found her home in recruitment here at TTM.

Sarah joined TTM in 2019 as a Recruitment Consultant, and was recently promoted to Principal Consultant within the Office Support Division. Her team of three places admin staff from grade III to grade VII in healthcare settings - with roles spanning IT, finance, HR and data as well as business analyst positions.
To what does Sarah credit her success? “I’m a people person! I love to talk to people, I’m curious about them, love getting to know them and what makes them tick. If you’re that kind of person - you’ll love TTM, because we’re all about people.”
Sarah believes the TTM Family Principles of Trust & Respect and Openness & Honesty form the basis of every human interaction at TTM. “Like any relationship, respect is vital - and you can feel it at TTM. As much as Sarah loves the world of business, she’s equally happy with country life and at weekends you’ll find her down on the farm with the horses.
