Roisin is one of our #TTMTribe who is taking her career to a whole new level of status and success, with our support. Roisin has been studying an Executive Apprenticeship BA (Hons) Degree in Recruitment Practice - blending working while studying - and she’s soon to qualify.
Having grown up in Limerick and in Kerry and with a sales and marketing background, Roisin began her career at TTM in 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant. Today she is Team Leader of TTM’s AHP Permanent Division placing a wide range of AHP professional including Radiographers, Cardiac Physiologists, OTS, Physios, SLTS, Dietitians and Audiologists.
“The move from sales and marketing to recruitment was a natural one and my skills matched. I love recruitment - for me, calling your candidate to tell them they’ve got the job and hearing their reaction is a buzz you can’t match. We support life-changing moves for international candidates and their families - it’s a great privilege and so rewarding.”
Roisin rates consistency, dedication and an ability to innovate as her core strengths, together with a natural will to go the extra mile when solving challenges for her candidates and clients. She believes the company’s incredibly unique open, honest and supportive culture is behind her own success and that of the company’s.

Roisin believes her greatest accomplishment is having her babies and loves getting outdoors with her kids. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling, as well as hurling and going to gigs.
