Paula joined TTM Healthcare Solutions in 2008, assuming the role of CEO, with ultimate oversight of TTM’s strategic plan to drive growth and impact goals, in line with the company vision. She overseas TTM’s Healthcare Workforce Solutions, International Workforce Solutions and Healthcare Process Outsourcing Services [HPO], across Ireland and the UK. In prior TTM roles, she spent her first 5 years developing and growing the organisations locum talent offering, before becoming Operations Director and assuming responsibility for all divisions.
Since becoming MD in 2017 Paula has led the transformation of TTM, reframing its mindset and services from those of a traditional recruitment agency, to a specialist healthcare solutions company.
A visionary leader, Paula is passionate about realising the potential of her people and offering her team opportunities to develop and thrive. She fundamentally believes that people are the foundation of success. Under her remit she led the cultural transformation of TTM. Empowering her talented team to design, architect and implement bold talent management solutions, while introducing TTM’s new HPO solutions based division, expanding its business model.
With 23 years in the field of talent management, she has built extensive experience and understanding of the healthcare sector and the challenges it faces. In keeping with TTM’s commitment to quality, she drives an uncompromising culture of high performance, high standards, compliance and appropriate governance across all services.
A fellow of the Employment and Recruitment Federation [ERF] Paula is one of Ireland’s most seasoned healthcare workforce solutions leaders. She regularly shares her expert insight, experience and knowledge at a number of leading industry events.
Paula is fuelled by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and TTM’s appetite to find new innovative solutions to answer the challenges faced by our global customer base.
