Louise specialises in placing nurses in Permanent roles across a variety of settings and sectors including acute hospitals, intellectual disabilities services, care of the elderly services, mental health and within the community. She places nurses from Staff Nurse level right up to Directors of Nursing, Operations Managers and CEOs – in full- and part-time roles.
A real people-person, Louise has a true passion for recruitment and finds her work consistently rewarding and exciting. She prides herself on her efficiency and honest approach – and is thorough in getting to understand what her candidates are searching for.

Louise believes one of the key benefits of the TTM approach is that each Nurse looking for a position has the whole team working on their account. This means all avenues and opportunities are explored for each person – leaving no stone unturned. At the same time, every Nurse is given a single point of contact on the team, keeping communication smooth and hassle-free.
