Jennifer places Doctors in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK – in both Temporary and Permanent positions. She has been a part of the TTM family for almost 10 years and loves the fast-paced yet people-focused nature of her work.
Jennifer was brought up in Ennis, Clare and holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in e-Office Business Administration Systems from Limerick Institute of Technology. More recently she completed the Children First course with the HSE.
Before embarking on a career in recruitment, Jennifer worked as an Account Handler for a leading insurance group. She learned the importance of providing her clients with exceptional service while managing complex administrative responsibilities. A need for change and a desire to help people prompted Jennifer’s change to recruitment and she joined TTM in 2013. Starting out as an Account Manager Jennifer worked her way up to Principal Consultant, and she is a great example of how TTM supports the career progression of its tribe.
Establishing relationships with new clients through business development and marketing is key to Jennifer’s role. She loves the continuity of her work and how it makes life easier for her candidates and clients:

To share her knowledge, Jennifer has conducted several presentations for the Sudanese Doctors Union of Ireland and the Medical Protection Society.
Jennifer says building her own house with her husband, and managing to stay together through the process, is one of her greatest achievements!
