Having spent 6 years in a highly customer-focused environment, Dylan joined TTM two and a half years ago. Heading up the Support Services Division, he looks after all general support staff roles across a wide variety of customers’ departments – from catering to maintenance and more.
“Customer and candidate satisfaction is my real main motivator. TTM is different because we do our business through real customer service, not automated processes. In many ways we have a small-business mindset – and its effective because we all work together towards a common goal.”
Dylan has a very keen interest in sports both as a spectator and a player – and plays hurling with his local club. As a fan, he is a faithful follower of GAA, Rugby, Soccer and Motorsports.
