Cassandra is responsible for business development and the strategic growth of our valued client base in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Each Year TTM’s Workforce Management Solutions, place thousands of highly skilled permanent and locum healthcare professionals and support staff to meet the needs of our clients. As the human link between each of our divisions, Cassandra has the enviable task of growing our business and advising new clients of our service offerings and developing partnerships that benefit both.
With over 25 years’ sales experience gained initially in Australia, Cassandra brings a wealth of knowledge and aptitude to our shores. She joined TTM Healthcare Solutions in 2015 as the Business Development Manager, introducing our full range of services to many public, private and voluntary clients across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
She brings our relentless customer focus and dedication to healthcare to deliver workforce solutions for our clients, enhancing the quality of people’s lives.
Cassandra is a people person who loves to walk in the shoes of our clients. She enjoys learning about their organisations, building relationships through trust and open communication and removing ‘pain points’ to the benefit of the client and their service users. She’s a great advocate for the value of strategic long-term partnership in supporting our clients to fulfil their potential.
