My TTM is
Supportive. Relationships. Continuity. Caring. Professional.
“What I love the most is staying with each nurse, every step of the way. Building up relationships and helping to provide a smooth, streamlined service that benefits my clients, the nurses and the service users. It’s a good feeling!”
County Clare born-and-bred Amy Bolton heads up the team for TTM’s agency and locum nursing division - placing hundreds of nurses in temporary roles in a wealth of healthcare settings, every week. Amy recruits nurses from all over Ireland – including General Nurses, Intellectual Disability Nurses, Psychiatric Nurses and Children’s’ Nurses.
Amy has been with TTM Healthcare for 6 years, having joined the company straight after graduating from Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) with a Business Management and Marketing Honours Degree. She started out at TTM working in resources – screening candidates for placement – and working her way up to managing her own accounts. Today, Amy’s clients include the HSE as well as private clients and voluntary organisations. She places nurses in hospitals, nursing homes, intellectual disability services and psychiatric services. Amy also assists all NMBI-registered nurses who are returning to Ireland having worked overseas.
“I really believe we offer nurses the full 360 in agency and locum nursing. Once they’ve been screened and apply to work with us, it’s about everything from ensuring their training is up to date, to helping them obtain international clearance if necessary. And I stay with them throughout – from payroll queries to leave arrangements – I manage it all. So there’s continuity and a real relationship.”
Amy grew up in Tulla, Clare and is currently building a house there with her new fiancé. Amy is passionate about sport and involved as a Selector in her clubs Camogie Intermediate team.
