TTM Healthcare Solutions is proud to be recognised by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) for excellence in collaborative partnership. On October 8th, we had the privilege of attending a special celebration organised by MFT, honouring the outstanding contributions of their internationally recruited nurses, midwives, and allied health professionals (AHPs).

The event powerfully reflected the profound impact these international recruits have had on the Trust and beyond. We were inspired by the personal stories shared by healthcare professionals, highlighting their journeys—from their beginnings to the incredible milestones they’ve reached today. Among the moving speeches was one from Director of Nursing, Narinder Saini, who shared her leadership journey, offering invaluable insights into the resilience and dedication of international recruits.

The celebration also acknowledged workplace diversity, emphasising its positive impact on the healthcare sector Awards were presented for outstanding contributions and exceptional support, recognising individuals who have gone above and beyond in their roles. A particularly moving moment was hearing the journey of Leonard Lero, Matron for Professional Development, and celebrating his achievements.

With over 100 people in attendance, the event was exceptionally impactful, showcasing the vital role of international recruits in healthcare. TTM’s Collaborative Partnership Excellence Award symbolises the strength of our partnerships and reinforces our commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare workforce solutions.

We are honoured to have been part of this celebration and remain dedicated to working alongside MFT to support the healthcare sector and its people.
