Meet Shannon McGrath, Recruitment Consultant

Having joined TTM in October 2022, Shannon is part of our Social Care division. While she’s new to recruitment, Shannon previously worked as a Healthcare Assistant - and is proof that past work experience can help you succeed as a TTM consultant. She understands what it’s like to work in healthcare, can relate to what her candidates are looking for in a job, and is able to “walk in their shoes.” Shannon says her transition to her new career has been “seamless”: recognising her enthusiasm and willingness to learn, TTM has given her all the support and training she needs to thrive in her new role.
